Meredith Baker is an aggressive attorney who has experience practicing in multiple states and federal venues. Ms.Baker began her legal career studying at Brooklyn Law School. While attending the first tier school, Meredith gained valuable experience clerking at the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Attorneys Office for the Eastern District of New York.

Upon graduation, Meredith became an associate at Jonathan Marks, P.C. where she defended individuals in both federal and state court, including matters involving white collar fraud, securities fraud and embezzlement. Ms. Baker also handled matters involving RICO violations and conspiracy.

Ms. Baker has experience as a prosecutor in New Mexico, California, Washington D.C. and New York. She also has experience in administrative law, having prosecuted and defended individuals in employment, disability and securities law cases. However, Ms. Baker's most passionate area of practice is family law. She has experience in high-conflict divorce, custody, domestic violence and disputes and modification of divorce orders.
